Eco-Elegant Bridal Affair at Springs Preserve

Last year I had the opportunity to participate in the 1st annual Eco-Elegant Bridal Affair at the Springs Preserve. It's the only one of its kind here in Las Vegas - a bridal fair showcasing eco-friendly vendors.  I'm not able to participate this year due to scheduling conflicts but I'm so happy that they'll be hosting the 2nd annual Eco-Elegant Bridal Affair this Sunday, May 2nd.

I encourage brides and grooms to stop by and check out the beautiful Springs Preserve as well as meet the wonderful participating eco friendly wedding professionals.

In addition, there will be a silent auction benefiting the American Cancer Society.

Eco-Elegant Bridal Affair at Springs Preserve

Last Friday, Green Orchid Events had the pleasure of exhibiting at the Eco-Elegant Bridal Affair at Springs Preserve.

This was our first time at the venue and I have to say that I am in absolute awe of this place!

With multiple wedding ceremony and reception locations as well as catering by Wolfgang Puck, the Springs Preserve is the perfect venue for your green wedding!

The building is made from recycled environmentally friendly materials and only the freshest organic ingredients are used in creating their special catering menus for your special day.

Green Vendor Spotlight: Earth Limos & Buses

Delicious, Organic, Fair Trade Chocolate

Here I go talking about chocolate again…

But this time, I'd like to introduce Theo Chocolate - the first and only organic and Fair Trade chocolate produced in the United States.  That is quite an accomplishment! With more and more couples moving in the direction of "green" weddings and events, it is exciting to know that you can get organic chocolate wedding favors and chocolate sculptures for your next event.  This is a chocoholic's dream!
